BMW launch thematic event MONAT ‘Art of Decoding’ in July. Brand marketer appoints event agency What IF and ViDe team to design and produce the full art technology experience for BMW guests to enjoy the luxury art event. What IF team plan the event journey to apply six key aesthetics encouraging visitors to learn more about the BMW DNA. Integrate to ViDe team technology to fully present the interactive experiential concept, “The Art of Decoding”.
Event visitors are invited to register online to receive a personal QR code to be activated on-site, before taking photos of a “digit wall” using augmented reality technology to decode the numerical visuals and integrate art aesthetics into the photo. We focus on designing the best user-experience to let visitors who enjoy the MONAT event, visitors experienced all the event zones, AR photo, video, and postcards e-copy; all soft copy will sync to event mobile pass; visitors can check their own art piece anytime in their mobile phone.
We build the interactive machine, visitors can also present their QR codes on the interactive digital interface, select their favorite illustrations depicting the craft and design of BMW classic series designed by a local artist and create their own personalized branded postcards using their own names.
When visitors walk through the BMW art gallery zone, can display their own event pass QR code to experience BMW contemporary aesthetics, craft, and design, decoding the stories behind every art piece and luxury model. Visitors walk the last check-points, can show the event pass QR code to get the customize souvenirs.
