DFS is one of the luxury department store brands in the LVMH group. In 2021, the brand launch the global campaign, A World of Wonder project, and the marketer appoints ViDe team to develop a fully interactive experience for pop-up store. Customers can walk through the pop-up store in the T Galleria. We develop 2 digital experiences for customers engagement. Customers can go to Room of Wonder to enjoy a motion detection experience, the program will detect the customer’s hand; when the customer’s hand touches the digital balloon, will activate the animate effect as good luck greeting. Another experience is the WhatsApp photo booth, customers can take 3 selfies to create the personalized WhatsApp sticker to save to their own mobile phone.
