DFS Group is a global travel retail famous brand. In 2021, a brand marketer appoints ViDe team to create a full O2O digital journey for the 5.1 Festival in the Macao market. The project’s key objective is to drive footprints to the DFS store and convert traffic to revenue for DFS store tenants during the 5.1 periods.
Customers need to scan check-points QR code and land to the campaign site first, then register and purchase the product in the DFS store to gain an e-token. Customers can scan the DFS store stand QR code to gain an e-token, scan the receipt from purchasing the product with a Unionpay card in the DFS store or Trip.com invitation email QR code. When customers complete gaining all e-token, can experience the Digital Coins Pinball Machine and win different prizes, customers prizes will save on the campaign site, and can show the unique QR code to the redemption counter to enjoy the offer.
