KENZO is one of the luxury fashion brands in the LVMH group. In 2021, the brand marketer appoints ViDe team to develop the eCommerce site to cover the APAC market. Our team produces the all-around eCommerce solutions to KENZO, customers can book the favorite products on the website, the program has the triggering to analyse the customers shopping habit, have separate data for HK and SG market for marketers review, customers also can book the embossing in the website for personalisation services. KENZO retail channel staff can through the backend portal to process the personalisation order booking. This project also apply the WhatsApp business for business intelligence BI, when customers confirm the order, will send the confirmation email and WhatsApp message for customers to follow up the order status.
