SUV Collection Workshop Launch – Interactive Voice Recognition Application

Mercedes-Benz is a well-known luxury automobile brand. In 2020, brand launch the SUV Collection Workshop launch and target to plan the interactive element in showroom for product education and customer engagement. Brand marketers appoint ViDe team to handle the project, we produce and support the 2 showrooms interactive experience part, event management (installation, helper support and technical) and showroom project video capture service.

Customers can visit the brand showroom, and we set up an interactive machine. Firstly, customers can touch the screen to activate the gaming, and through the voice-recognition to choose their favourite program. The program journey has 3 sessions, 360 explorers, interactive product-catalog and driving experience. Through 360 explorers and interactive product-catalog deliver the GLE details, costing and feature to end-users. Then customers can play the driving experience game to know the GLE security and entertainment system.
