Ralph Lauren is ViDe Insight key account. In 2019, the brand launches the regional project for Christmas Online to Offline interactive experience. Brand marketers appoint ViDe team to produce the full experience. Interactive project cover Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea. Guests can through the web program and retail store interactive machines to enjoy the brand wishing and Joyful Christmas.
Through the social platform and media channel, guests can visit the campaign website, register the personal information first, guests can go to Xmas card decoration page, can use RL stickers to illustrate the digital Xmas card. Finish all the process, the web program will generate the QR code and social share shortcut. Guests can share the Xmas card URL invitation to the social media channel. Also, guests can go to RL retail store, show the QR code for digital machine scanning; the machine will display the guest’s Xmas card copy, guests confirm the soft copy, will print out the POLO RL Xmas tag card; guests can scan the tag card QR code to watch the own Xmas card animation and get the tag card as a souvenirs.
