Soleil Summer Pop-Up Store

Tom Ford Beauty, is a luxruy beauty brand in global market. In 2019 July, brand appoints ViDe team to produce the full interactive experience for their new pop up store event, Soleil Summer.

ViDe develop 6 interactive items to deliver the unexpected experience to event customers. Firstly, develop RSVP system for customers pre-registration and get the digital event pass. When customers arrive the event venue, event staff will take the device to scan the guest’s QR code for activate the event pass.

In this stage, customers can take the event pass to enjoy all the pop-up store check points.

Interactive Cushion Tunnel
Guest walk through the 1st check point, we set 3 cameras in the tunnel, guests can imagine their-self walking the fashion show. When event staff scan the guest’s event pass QR code, program will activate; program will capture guests who walk through the tunnel. After this experience, video will sync to guest’s event pass. guest can view their video output in the event pass.

Soleil Perfume Room
Guest walk through this room, ViDe develop the interactive device in this room, guest can see the perfume set up in the table, when take the perfume, this action will activate LED backdrop to display the animation and also can smell the Soleil Summer Perfume. We produce the perfume machine, when detect the action that will release the fragrance.

Lip Interactive Zoom
Set up the 2 tablets in this zoom, guests can through augmented reality application to choose the lip colour, then screen live view will show the lip colour in the guest’s lip.

Photo Gallery Booth
Set up 4 touch screen in the event venue area, Guests can upload the image to instagram with #TFsoleil, then can choose their uploaded photo in the touch screen and print out the image with photo theme.
Also can upload their private event photo in the event site, tablet application also show all the guests photo for print out.

Soleil Bar
Guests finish all the experience, can show the QR code for redeem customised made cocktail.

Wishing List – Pre Booking Program
Guests go to make up area, can through the event pass wishing list function to choose the favourite Tom Ford products, then go to 2/F Tom Ford retail store to purchase the products.
Program will display the eShop function to record the choosing products in the wishing list.
