Tommy Hilfiger is a famous fashion brand in the world. In 2021, brand marketers appoint ViDe team to produce the Christmas O2O experience to engage the retail channel customers and motivate sales. We design and produce the Holiday Like O2O Experience retail activation to execute the digital journey.

Customers need to open the mobile web campaign first, then create the personalized digital greeting card, customers can use the stickers, font, and color to decorate the greeting card; when finishing the decoration, customers can output the digital copy and get the e-shop discount code for shopping. Then customers can visit the brand retail store to finish the offline digital journey, customers can show the QR code to activate the game, then the digital machine will show the greeting card preview, customers can touch the print button to get the customized eco bag as the souvenirs.
