Mon Paris Launch Event with Pop-Up Store

ViDe Insight is proud to have contributed to creating the YSL Mon Paris Pop-Up Event, we develop the full interactive experience in event and work with YSL and Tencent cloud for facial detection payment. YSL Beauté looks to be a game changer by personalizing the whole consumer journey with facial recognition technology with ViDe team and Tencent for the launch of its new perfume Mon Paris Couture this month in Hong Kong.

Prior to the event, ViDe team create the campaign HTML page, including the Mon Paris production information and mini-game, participants can custom-made the digitalize Mon Paris and share to social media. And we develop the hashtag photo gallery, participants can upload the photo in the gallery for redeeming the souvenir in the pop-up store. Also, participants can upload their pictures as their own Mon Paris ID through moment ads on WeChat, linked to YSL Beautés mini program for both WeChat and Weixin users, or an HTML5 page for local digital users. Consumers can also choose to engrave their name on bottles to make customized perfume.

We fully digitized the event! During the event, we built 3 game booths, Facial recognition booth, Tablet selfie application booth, H5 Photo gallery printer & Fragrance engraving service.

About the facial recognition booth, guests can touch the 65″ touchscreen to activate the gaming. The program will detect the guest’s face to analysis personality and type of perfume. Guest can scan the QR code to take the analyze result, and choose the favorite Paris theme to take the selfie. Applying the tablet photo application, guest can take a selfie, program will combine the YSL Mon Paris photo theme; guest scan the tablet application QR code to take the digital copy then browse and share to their friends the photos of the bash via SNSs. The taken photos could also be printed at photo gallery printer immediately.

H5 Photo Gallery printer, guest can upload their photo to Instagram, Facebook & Wechat and add the hash-tag #YSLBeauteHK # FollowYSLBeauteToParis. When guest finish this process, can receive a complimentary gift. Powered by facial recognition technology of Tencent Cloud solution, customers can stand in front of an interactive panel for facial verification. Once verified, the system will automatically arrange, create and engrave the perfume bottles on the spot in seconds.
