YOOX Group’s annual event, Party With The Porters, was held 8th Dec Friday night at The Hong Kong Maritime Museum, Central. ViDe Insight team was there to provide full experience transformation solution including digital check-in, event management, onsite technical support, lucky draw management & M2M referral program.

ViDe Insight offered online automated system which integrated the complex event registration stages. Our real-time system allowed smooth and secured check-in process. It greatly reduced the queueing time and deliver better event experience. Thousands of guests were managed to do the speedy check-in and save their time for the liquor and delicacies, superstars’ performance and fervent ambiance.Hence, for the one who loves NET-A-Porter & MrPorter party gifts, the pop-up counter instant redemption application set up by us in the venue will be your favourite choice.

After event party, ViDe team launch the M2M referral portal to event guests for gifts referral program, guests can fill in their family and best friends to send the NET-A-PORTER or MR PORTER gifts code to them for Christmas greeting. We success to drive the extra traffic to brand eCommerce site for support the Xmas sales.
