ViDe team assist the DBS Bank appointed agency to develop the lucky draw web application.

Customers can fill-in the personal information in the web form first, program recognise the mobile number and will process the lucky draw; when web portal show the gifts and will dispatch the redemption message to the customer registered mobile number. Customers can open the unique URL in the mobile message in the redemption counter, staff will click the button for redeem the gifts. Program also have the central management for post-campaign analysis.
