In 2020 Christmas, the brand appoints ViDe team to develop the Omni-channel digital activation project for interactive experience delivery. Customers will receive the URL through the social channel, eDM, and digital advertisement to browse the campaign site. The campaign site will have the description and details to mention how to experience digital gaming; customers can visit the brand retail stores to scan the Christmas gift box to unlock the digital experience, or when customers receive the friend’s RALPH LAUREN gift box, also can scan the gift box to unlock the gaming. Finish the augmented reality experience, and watch the brand Christmas video, customers can choose the retail store for perfume sample redemption.
