World of illusion Music Festival – Experience Transformation Project

Chang Beer, a pale lager. “Chang” is the Thai word for elephant, an animal of cultural and historical significance in Thailand. The logo depicts two elephants face-to-face. They are one of the biggest alcohol producers in South East Asia.

In 2018, Chang Carnival applyed a new fantasy-themed event concept. This larage music festival took place in Bangkok,Chonburi,Nakhon Pathom & Hatyai. The event featured Thai famous band and international world-class DJs on the event duration as well as a multitude of fun activities.

Chang Beer would like apply the immersive experience for deliver the fantasy music festival to event visitors. 4 sessions music festival “World of Illusion” was built in Thailand 4 cites event space during Jan – Feb 2018. Our mission was to support Chang Beer by creating a unique brand experience and encouraging customer participation during the event, while strengthening its brand leadership in the beverage category.

 

Digital Event Management
80,000 NFC-enabled wristbands were given out as the tickets for the party. Customers can get it upon designated amount of purchase in channel store or book the ticket in online channel. This kind of exclusive privilege built up a strong desire to purchase and directly boosted up the sales in channel store.

Through a simple online registration, the wristband will be activated and connected to user’s Facebook account, linking up the online and offline platforms. In the event venue, attendee could simply make check-in or other interactions by swiping their wristband on different NFC booths, and meanwhile, NFC wristbands can support the large event traffic management and check point monitoring.

 

O2O Experience
In order to provide more flexibility, mobility and interaction of the event, we have proposed web based photo campaign by using IPAD tablets and kiosks to interact with the guests. 2 types video capture devices can reduce the waiting time and provide the flexibility of taking photos anywhere inside the event venue. So, it encourages the guest participation and interaction.

Setting up multiple video capture kiosks in the venue to serve guests to choose and preview their captured video. Through the preview kiosk, it can deliver the eye catching video to event visitors and encourage share their event moment to social media. This is the flexible way to let the guests to keep the memorable moment and engage the event visitors.

 

Lighting Installation & Immersive Experience
Though the lighting installation and fantasy decoration both can deliver the immersive experience to event participants. Guest can take the photo and video in event video booth venue. Responsible for the design and development of all immersive experience and production at the music festival. Design and build an immersive and interactive fantasy tower in a projection dome. The experience supports multiple interaction where you get to choose the different virtual worlds to walk through.
