MCM is a global famous fashion brand. In 2019, brand marketers plan to launch the interactive experience in Singapore MCM retail store to deliver digital engagement to visitors. Brand appoints the ViDe team to develop the digital clawing machine program for retail activation engagement.
Visitors go to the retail store, can register the personal information, then the program will activate, visitors can touch the icon to control the digital claw to catch the Christmas ball when visitors catch the colour ball, the display screen will pop-up the souvenir. We also develop the backend control platform for marketers to monitor the retail campaign redemption status.
