Ralph Lauren is one of the global key accounts in ViDe Insight Group. In 2021, brand marketer appoints ViDe team to execute the Holiday O2O Digital Experience Campaign, customers can go to RL Facebook to enjoy the RL bear 3D Interactive AR filter game, when customers open the FACEBOOK application and activate the game, can selfie with RL bear to drink the coffee together. When customers arrive at the RL Harbour City and IFC store, we set up the digital machine for customer engagement. Customers can touch the button to make the coffee with digital way, then customers finish the coffee challenge, can scan the QR code to get the coffee coupon.
